Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Sale
The contract concluded between HAIR BIOLOGIC SYSTEM SRL and the Customer is deemed completed upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by www.jalyd.com, which reserves the right to accept the order at its sole discretion. Acceptance is presumed to be tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer by any means. By placing an order through the provided methods, the Customer declares to have reviewed all information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the general conditions and payment terms outlined below. If the Customer is a final consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity), upon completing the online purchase process, they are expected to print, save an electronic copy, or otherwise retain these general sales conditions, in compliance with Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999 on distance selling.
The Customer is not entitled to any compensation for damages or indemnity, nor to any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the partial or total rejection of an order.

Purchase Methods
The Customer may only purchase the products listed in the electronic catalog of www.jalyd.com at the time of order submission and as described in the respective product information sheets. The technical information on the website faithfully reproduces that provided by the manufacturers of the products in the catalog. It is understood that the product description image may not fully represent its characteristics and may differ in color, dimensions, or accessory products shown. All support information for the purchase is intended as general informational material and does not reflect the specific characteristics of individual products.
The proper receipt of the order is confirmed by HAIR BIOLOGIC SYSTEM SRL via email. The confirmation email will include the order date, time, and number, which must be referenced in any further communication with HAIR BIOLOGIC SYSTEM SRL. The email will also summarize the Customer’s entered data, which they are responsible for verifying and promptly correcting, as described in this document. After registration, the Customer can check their order status by accessing the “Order Status” section.
In the event of order rejection, HAIR BIOLOGIC SYSTEM SRL guarantees timely communication to the Customer.

Prices
With respect to the prices listed on the website www.jalyd.com, HAIR BIOLOGIC SYSTEM SRL reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice. If an incorrect or manifestly unreasonable price is published, for any reason (system error, human error, etc.), the order will be canceled even if initially validated. The website owner may offer discounts or special promotions for the purchase of products. These promotions or discounts are always subject to the explicitly stated requirements, terms, and conditions. Offers are provided at the sole discretion of the website owner and do not constitute any claimable rights for future promotions. Discounts and promotions are valid for a specified time or while supplies last. Unless otherwise specified, time limitations refer to the time zone of the headquarters as indicated in this document.

Payment Methods
HAIR BIOLOGIC SYSTEM SRL accepts payments via PayPal, XPay Pro, and other payment circuits available on its website.

PayPal/XPay Pro
For purchases made via PayPal or XPay Pro, upon completing the online transaction, the respective payment service will immediately charge the purchase amount.
If the order is canceled, either by the Customer or due to rejection by HAIR BIOLOGIC SYSTEM SRL, the amount will be refunded to the Customer’s PayPal or XPay Pro account. Refund times depend solely on PayPal, XPay Pro, or the banking system. Once the refund is made to the PayPal or XPay Pro account, HAIR BIOLOGIC SYSTEM SRL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by PayPal, XPay Pro, or the banking system. HAIR BIOLOGIC SYSTEM SRL may request additional information from the Customer to verify the authenticity of the PayPal/XPay Pro account. Failure to provide such information may result in order rejection.
All payments are managed by third-party services, and this application does not collect payment data, such as credit card numbers. Instead, a notification is received once the payment is successful. At no point does HAIR BIOLOGIC SYSTEM SRL access the Customer’s credit card details, and it cannot be held responsible for fraudulent card use.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available only within Italy, requires exact cash payment, and incurs an additional fee of €3.00. It is only available for orders up to €500.00.

Bank Transfer at Order Placement
For bank transfer payments, shipping will occur once the payment is credited.

Shipping Methods and Costs
HAIR BIOLOGIC SYSTEM SRL ships within Italy and the European Union via express couriers BRT and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated based on products and destination. Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 business days; islands may require an additional 1-2 business days. The Customer receives tracking details via email once the product ships.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers (non-professional buyers) can withdraw from the purchase contract within 10 business days from receipt of goods. To exercise this right, a written notification must be sent via registered mail to HAIR BIOLOGIC SYSTEM SRL, Via Padre Antonio Casamassa 87, 00119 Rome, Italy.

Legal Warranty
In compliance with Article 130 of the Consumer Code, sellers are liable for product defects present at the time of delivery. Consumers can request repairs, replacements, or price reductions as remedies.
